My name is Erik Ferguson and I'll be using this website for both personal and business endeavors. I am 38 years old and reside in Southern New Hampshire. 

I enjoy various hobbies including amateur writing, webmastering, desktop publishing, gaming, hiking, working out at the gym, and listening to music. I have written poetry under another name which may be reproduced at a later date. 

I was born in the United States, and have lived in Southern New Hampshire my entire life. My bloodline is a mixture of Lithuanian, Irish, Scottish, and perhaps a few other nationalities.

I am a member of The Zone Fitness Center in Hampstead, NH where you can often find me working out several times a week. My life pretty much revolves around body building, and most everything else is currently on the back burner at the current time.

FYI, I have numerous referral cards in my possession that can save you 10% off at the The Zone Fitness Center. If you are interested, just drop me a line and I can hook you up. It's is a great place to work out and exercise, and the staff is awesome. It is not overcrowded like some places, and the equipment is clean and state of the art. They have pretty much everything you need to get yourself in top shape, and I have had great success with my own training since joining in February 2009. It is relatively inexpensive and again, the card can save you an additional 10%, which really adds up when you get the year membership. All you need to do is come by my Sunoco store, which is less than a mile away from the gym, and I'll get you a referral card. For more details about the facility click here.

For employment/career, I am currently an assistant manager of a small retail convenience store/gas station. I am currently looking to better myself and my career, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a position available for which I am qualified. See resume. I am always looking to improve my life and career, and my options are definitely open right now.

In addition to my full time job, I do occasionally take up webmastering jobs to supplement my income. Unfortunately, with the decline of the economy, I am finding these opportunities to be few and far between, if not entirely non-existent. 

This particular website has changed and evolved quite a bit over the years. Many old items were removed, as well as other items that I decided would be best kept private. This website does have periods when there is no activity other than traffic, but that has always been the nature of this particular site. I lost some of my writings when Old New Hampshire Online Magazine went offline, but I was merely a writer for the site and had no control over it's decline.

Summer is here.. At Last!

What's New For June 2009?
Well, summertime is definitely upon us.. Finally! I've been getting out as much as I can, either in the car, walking, or on the bike. Last winter was pretty damn brutal, so I am so relieved that the nice weather is here. It has been a little rainy up here in NH, but it's fine with me because everything is so green and full of life. My ability to travel has been somewhat limited due to car repairs and financial issues, but there is plenty to do right here, so it's all good.

As far as this site goes, summer is definitely not my favorite time for webmastering. I do most of that stuff in the fall and winter months. I do hope to get some interesting material in my journeys over the next few months. Although I have secured several domain names, this will remain the core site until further notice. I do have some tentative plans for some future "secret projects" and I already have the domains registered and reserved for them.

My past webmastering and desktop publishing projects have either been completed or scrapped, so when I do have the time and material, it will be going here on erikferguson.com. Feel free to add me as a friend on myspace and/or facebook if you like! You can even follow me on twitter.
